Data note: Rex now attempts a read-only Wheelhouse reconstruction from reservations, price calendar, and KPI fallback. Fields auto-fill when Wheelhouse returns enough history; anything blank remains editable/manual. No raw reservation rows or guest details are returned to the browser.
